By outsourcing your administration, you won’t be incurring any permanent staff costs, salaries or employee related benefits as we do not offer a limit on how many cases we can process for you. You can send across as little or as many as you need.

 

We work completely remotely, but are contactable via various means, aswell as being available outside of standard business hours. 

 

We are able to offer a tailor made service to suit you and your business. We have experience with a wide range of mortgage lenders and protection providers including complex cases and poor medical history. 

 

We work as Self Employed Administrators for you, which means you will have all the benefits of a full time member of staff, without having to pay for regular wages and employment benefits. You only pay for the services you need, and we can discuss which option will be the most suitable for your business.

What are the benefits to me?

You will be able to free up quality time, enabling you to focus on generating new business, as well as servicing existing clients. You will also be benefitting from not having to employ a permanent member of staff. 

Do you liase with my clients?

We are more than happy to update your clients on your behalf, although you are welcome to receive case updates and speak to them directly if preferred.

How will you access my clients documents?

We are able to use various methods, either via email, Dropbox or other cloud sharing software. We would suggest checking this with your network, as some firms do not allow cloud sharing. you can also post them to us via recorded delivery or we can assist in arranging a courier depending on the urgency of the case, although the easiest and secure option would be to work paperless. 

Is there a minimum volume of cases?

No, one of the benefits of our service is that there is no tie in. Use us, as and when you need us. 

We Submit a high volume of cases each month, are you able to offer a discount?

Can you give advice?

As we are not regulated by the FCA, we are unable to offer any form of advice to your clients.

Are you able to process related isurance?

Yes, we are experienced with a number of providers. We can assist you with the insurance processing and also ensure the policy in on risk when instructed.

My network will need to complete a due diligence check, would this be an issue?

Not at all, we are more than happy to go though the vetting process with your network.

Who will loook after my cases?

You will be assigned a single dedicated, experienced Case Manager who will manage will of your cases. Should you submit a large quantity of cases, we may assign two case managers to your workload to ensure you maintain a 5* speedy service at all times.

our firm uses a crm system, are you able to use this?

We can use your nominated CRM system, our team are happy to take part in system training for your CRM if it is a system we aren’t familiar with. We would not charge any extra for this.
